Reception staff have a serious attitude problem. Ended up just going to our room eary and leaving very early the next day. I don't know how else to describe it but it's just not a very welcoming atmosphere and we just never felt very comfortable. I don't think I saw I smile on any employees face the whole time we were there. From the man who seated us, to the bartender, to the waitress, they were all just short with us and seemed angry. The restaurant(It was a sports bar I believe) was also the same. I know they're busy but it's not like I'm not tipping them or I'm asking for something complicated. The waitresses(if you can catch one) just seem angry. Then went to check in and the man was just condescending and cold. Ended up not valeting our car because the valet just didn't seem like he wanted to do it. A security guard just started yelling at me because I guess they search bags there.(Never had that happen, but that's ok I guess) This is after you walk through metal detecters just to enter the hotel.

We were going to valet our car and so I needed cash for a tip and just popped into the casino to use the ATM. The hotel and casino are fine but the atmosphere is just unfriendly and unhappy and kind of depressing. Visited here with my husband on our way home from a Florida vacation.
